The outbound AI ordering agent for restaurants
Bruno reaches out. They order. Your kitchen cooks.
Bruno is your outbound AI agent. It learns every customer from your own order history, texts each one their usual at the right moment, takes the order and payment, and sends it straight to your kitchen.
No app to download. No marketplace in the middle. Your number, your customers.
- Works with Toast, Square and Clover
- You approve every text at first
- Customers can reply STOP anytime

Demo conversation. Tony’s, Marco and Dave are made up.
- Tony's Pizza (sent by Bruno): Hey Dave! Marco from Tony's. It's been a few weeks since your large pepperoni. Want me to get one going for pickup around 6?
- Dave: yes!! swap pepperoni for mushroom, add a diet coke
- Tony's Pizza (sent by Bruno): You got it: large mushroom + a Diet Coke, ready at 6:00. That's $23.25 with tax on your card ending 4417. Want me to place it?
- Dave: yes
- Tony's Pizza (sent by Bruno): Done. It's paid and on the kitchen screen. See you at 6, Dave 🍕
- The paid order prints in Tony’s kitchen for pickup at 6:00 PM.
From a choice on a platform to the first text they get.
Waiting on the apps
- The customer opens DoorDash or Uber Eats and scrolls past dozens of restaurants.
- You’re one tile among them, and they may pick someone else.
- You pay commission fees on the order.
- The app owns the relationship. You usually don’t get their number.
With Bruno
- You text them first, from your restaurant’s number, with their usual.
- They reply “yes.” That’s the order.
- No marketplace commission on the order. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
- The customer, and their number, stay yours.
What Bruno can do.
It knows their order before they do. (It’s read every ticket you’ve ever printed for them.)
When a customer is overdue, Bruno texts their usual in your restaurant's name, reads their changes and confirms the exact total.
Demo. Tony’s, Marco and Dave are made up.
How it all flows.
One number, start to finish. Customers text or call it, Bruno handles the order, and your kitchen gets a normal ticket.
Sounds like your counter, not a coupon blast.
- Their name, their order. Bruno writes from what each customer actually buys, not a promo calendar.
- Understands real replies. “Half veggie,” “make it two,” “not tonight, maybe Friday.” It reads them like your staff would.
- Learns what brings people back. It keeps track of which messages lead to orders and writes more like those.
- Knows when to stop. A “no thanks” is taken at its word. Nobody gets chased.
You stay in charge of every text.
Built to respect your customers, and the rules about texting them.
- Approve mode
- See every message before it goes out. Send it, edit it or skip it. Turn approvals off when you trust it.
- Opted-in customers only
- Bruno only texts people who agreed to get texts from your restaurant.
- STOP means stop
- Anyone who replies STOP is removed right away and never texted again.
- Your staff, your call
- Complaints and anything unusual go to a person on your team with the full conversation. Big orders always wait for your OK. Allergy questions are answered from the info you verify, or handed to your staff if you prefer.
- No surprise charges
- Customers see the exact total first. Nothing is charged until they reply yes.
- Honest about being AI
- Bruno is an AI assistant working in your restaurant’s name. You decide how its messages are signed.
Questions owners ask.
Is Bruno a person?
No. Bruno is an AI assistant. It texts and takes calls in your restaurant's name, on your restaurant's number, and brings in your staff when a person is needed.
Who does Bruno text?
Only customers who agreed to get texts from your restaurant. Bruno looks for customers who are later than usual and texts them one at a time. It never blasts your whole list.
Can customers call instead of texting?
Yes. It's the same number. Bruno answers the call, takes the order by voice and confirms the total, just like it does over text.
How does payment work?
Bruno tells the customer the exact total first, and nothing is charged until they reply yes. On a first order, Bruno texts a secure Stripe payment link. They pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, and the order goes to your kitchen only after Stripe confirms the payment. The card is saved with Stripe, never with Bruno or in a text, so next time it's one text: they reply yes and the saved card is charged. Prefer cash? Orders can be pay at pickup.
Can Bruno handle allergies and catering orders?
Yes. Bruno answers allergy questions from the allergen info you verify, flags allergies on every kitchen ticket, and sends anything it isn't sure about to a person. Catering and large orders follow your rules: lead time, minimums and deposit. Big orders are always confirmed by you or your staff before they're final; Bruno texts you for a quick OK. Prefer a person on allergy questions too? Flip a switch and Bruno hands them to your staff with the full conversation.
What about complaints or unusual requests?
Bruno hands them to your staff with the full conversation and stops replying until someone takes over.
